The Job
Content Management Coordinator – responsible for managing all deadlines from reception of masters to air version readiness.
The Daily - Major Activities
Manage the content traffic process across different areas, coordinating with external and internal vendors/distributors based on parameters provided by strategy teams.
Keep track of content assigned (rejections, replacements, missing content).
Create and manage work orders across systems for all operations areas, setting timelines and required processes.
Work closely with Programming teams to align business strategy plans and provide feedback about operation processes.
