Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director, HCM and Compensation, the HCM and HR Analyst will deliver operational and service excellence in regard to HR data and system functions. This role will primarily support with Human Capital Management (HCM) system administration, processing and Human Resource Metrics and Reporting. This role will be the Workday technical user for maintaining the HR system and HR data quality.
This is a highly technical role that requires strong experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday . The ideal candidate will be proficient in building reports within Workday and possess advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP , HLOOKUP , formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
