Agentis Capital Partners (ACP) operates as the family office of the founding partners of Agentis, a diversified platform with businesses spanning principal investments, financial advisory, capital markets, and asset management services. Since its founding in 2009, the Agentis platform has advised on more than $30bn of transactions across infrastructure, mining, and energy, while ACP has built and managed a long-standing portfolio of principal investments across technology, industrial, and mixed industrial-technology businesses.
ACP actively pursues both active and passive principal investments and currently manages a portfolio of more than 20 businesses. The firm has consistently made principal investments over the past decade, recycling capital into high-value opportunities and working closely with management teams and boards to create long-term value.
