Meridian seeks an Analytics & Insights Specialist to provide proactive, actionable prescriptive analytical support and business insight to our Lines of Business (LOB). The role will act as an internal consultant, adding value and insight to key stakeholders and management by presenting complex analytical material in a concise, compelling manner.

Insights, Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze, prepare and present scheduled reports (key business performance indicators, dashboards, scorecards) and ad‑hoc reports for the LOB.
- Act as the analytics lead for the LOB on internal and enterprise initiatives.
- Provide leadership with management reporting that identifies issues, opportunities, and emerging trends to enable decision making.
