Position Title: Anesthesia Team Lead Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT)
Reports to: Technical Director
Department: Surgery
Status: Full-Time Permanent (40 hours per week)
Prerequisites
- Active member of the ABVMA and ABVTA
- Ability to lift 50 lbs (22 kg)
- A desire to grow the RVT profession
- Excellence in basic RVT skills including patient monitoring, venipuncture, and IV catheter placement
- High proficiency with monitoring equipment (pulse oximetry, ECG, capnography, etc.)
- Willingness to create opportunities for themselves, the hospital, and their team
- Intent to share knowledge and expertise with others to elevate them
