Job Description
Requirements:
- Language: English (spoken and written) and French is an asset.
- Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is an asset.
- Experience: 5 – 7 years experience in IT with at least 3 years in a field support role.
- Strong understanding in change management, cybersecurity, and audit practices.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suites.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Support:
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP, Empath, Elixir, payroll, and other business applications.
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Support business users by analyzing requirements, resolving incidents, and improving workflows and processes. <...
