On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Applications Support - Payments for a 4-month contract to hire role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Job Description
The contractor will be working on the Enterprise Wire Room (EWR) application, which is a critical payment application. This role involves hands‑on project work and providing support as required, contributing significantly to the payment ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on support and maintenance for the Enterprise Wire Room application
- Participate in support shifts for one week every month
- Collaborate with a team of 20+ members to ensure application stability
- Assist in incident and problem management processes
- Engage in new development and upgrades as part of the project requirements
