Responsibilities
- Aid in the creation of architectural designs.
- Study technical documents and reports such as building codes, bylaws, space requirements, site requirements, and others.
- From conceptual drawings and instructions, create manual and CAD (computer-assisted design) drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and lists of material quantities.
- Build architectural models for displays and 3-D virtual models of architectural designs.
- Create the bid and contract documents.
- May be in charge of the architectural team's drafters, technicians, and technologists.
- It is possible to coordinate, monitor, and inspect other people's work while supervising construction projects.
