Job Description
Responsibilities
- Equipment troubleshooting and minor adjustments
- Monitor and inspect the material's quality.
- Fill mixing machines with weighed materials.
- Mix plastic and other chemicals to a specific consistency and viscosity using a mixing machine.
- Load the mixture into a container or onto a conveyor for further processing.
- Items should be packed for shipping and distribution.
- Set up and operate one or more moulding machines for the production of plastic products.
- Prepare and change molds, as well as adjust equipment for a change in the production line.
- To mix resin batches for the injection moulding process, use the formulation card.
- Inventory management and organization
- Trimming and sanding of plastic or fiberglass parts
