Please note: This position is hired and managed through Intugo. While you will work closely with the DYAD team, Intugo will administer your employment relationship.
Location: Full-time on-site availability in Hermosillo, Sonora (NOT A REMOTE POSITION).
Compensation$21,000 monthly MXN
Responsibilities- Maintain a daily outgoing call volume meeting minimum quotas.
- Manage a list of leads and their journey in CRM, including logging all calls and keeping accounts up to date with lead statuses and additional information.
- Complete preliminary screening calls with potential clients over the phone.
- Handle consultation payments and ensure payment processing is accurate.
- Schedule consultations with potential clients.
- Connect with potential clients to build relationships and provide information about the firm's services.
- Assist in finalizing the conversation from Lead to Client.
