Become an Aquafit Class Instructor at University Settlement in Toronto. This part-time, unionized position focuses on leading safe and effective fitness classes every Monday.
In this role, you will be responsible for the safety and engagement of Aquafit participants. You will design appropriate fitness activities, provide safe instruction across various fitness levels, and help improve the program based on feedback. This position allows you to make a meaningful impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging Aquafit sessions
• Ensure safety for all fitness levels
• Evaluate class effectiveness and suggest improvements
• Aid aquatic staff in emergency situations
• Maintain accurate attendance and reports
Requirements:
• Current WaterART Instructor Certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience instructing Aquafit
• CPR and Standard First Aid Certification
