Aquatics Assistant Instructor ($20.19 - $21.42)
- Support the instructor in running fun, engaging, and inclusive swim lessons, following instructions for training and formations to ensure safety.
- Focus on key participants to ensure ongoing success in accordance with Lifesaving Society’s “Must See” standards.
- Use excellent customer service skills to resolve conflicts or concerns of participants and the public, or refer issues to appropriate staff.
- Maintain current qualifications, attend regular trainings, update clinic participation, and remain open to feedback about instructional programs.
