Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partner Support
- Provide day-to-day guidance to managers on people topics such as performance, feedback, sickness follow-up, employee relations, and development needs.
- Support managers in handling team issues, conflict resolution, and basic organizational changes.
- Assist with workforce planning needs, role changes, and team structure updates.
HR Operations Management
- Own and manage all core HR processes across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, offboarding, probation periods, and documentation.
