Area Boutique Manager – Fragrance & Beauty, Gothenburg
As Area Boutique Manager, you will hold full responsibility for the day-to-day sales, operations and overall performance across both locations. A key focus of the role is to establish and nurture a world-class service and selling culture, ensuring excellence in client experience, operational standards and team engagement. You combine strong business acumen with operational presence and are confident balancing a structured oversight with hands-on leadership on the shop floor.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Gothenburg. You will be offered an inspiring work environment with opportunities for growth in a company with high ambitions and a bold vision.
