Area Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe work environment for all employees by ensuring equipment is in optimal operating condition and adheres to safety standards.
- Implement the maintenance strategy, monitor key performance indicators, and complete corrective and preventive actions to achieve short and medium term objectives.
- Lead and develop a team of multidisciplinary maintenance professionals to increase the durability of equipment and address obsolescence challenges.
- Enhance process reliability by implementing and ensuring the effectiveness of maintenance plans.
- Oversee and optimize the maintenance budget including workforce, supply, and services.
- Foster team development and empowerment, actively support succession planning, and collaborate closely with the Site Maintenance Manager to strengthen the team’s leadership pipeline.
