Job Description
The Area Manager is responsible for over-all sales performance through recruitment, management, and development of all the Financial Sales Associates under the area of assignment. Furthermore, the position is the primary Relationship Officer in the area and is assigned to manage the relationship between the Financial Sales Associate and the China Bank branch officers and staff, as well as the relationship of Manulife China Bank and the China Bank Area Head. The Area Manager reports directly to the Regional Sales Head
Position Responsibilities:
Deliver sales production targets in terms of parameters set by the company for his area of assignment.
Ensure that Financial Sales Associates in the area deliver Minimum Validation Requirement set by the company.
In charge of the Financial Sales Associate recruitment activities within the area to ensure 100% Financial Sales Associate compliment within the area.
