:Area Sales Manager – Cutting (Nordic)
As an Area Sales Manager (Cutting), you will be responsible for driving sales performance and market share growth across your assigned region. You will play a key role in executing ESAB’s European growth strategy while ensuring strong customer relationships and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Scope: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Baltic region
What You’ll be doing:
Drive revenue and profit growth in the assigned region
Execute the ESAB EU Cutting growth strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and direct customers
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Develop and implement regional sales and territory plans
Utilize sales tools and processes (Value Selling, CRM, Power BI)
