AI Engineer – Enterprise Platform
We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent agents supporting a high‑volume enterprise platform operating across approximately 9,000 locations and handling millions of daily interactions. This role focuses on developing and optimizing LLM‑powered agents that drive real‑world workflows, including scheduling and location‑based service.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Build scalable workflows that support high‑throughput, real‑time user interaction.
- Integrate agents with internal and external APIs (e.g., location services, scheduling systems).
- Collaborate within a highly interactive team environment, including daily stand‑ups (9‑11 AM EST).
