Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Document and improve buying processes as needed.
  • Review lineboards and create order formats for wholesale clients for every buy.
  • Create descriptions in Spanish and review them with the Merchandising team.
  • Compile all client’s buys into one file.
  • Review MOQs for each buy and add or eliminate units as needed.
  • Review that all sizes are available and do corrections as needed.
  • Confirm everything is released in Flex and ask the Merchandising team if there are missing styles.
  • Send compiled and corrected file for each buy to imports.
  • Ensure the buys are submitted and registered correctly.
  • Register all buys by SKU/client for each season in buy resume.
  • Ensure timely forecasts and fabric commits deliveries to US forecasting.
