The Assistant Concession Manager supports the Head Concessions Manager in the preparation, operation, and oversight of concession services during school activities. This role assists with inventory management, food preparation, volunteer coordination, and ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient concessions environment.

Essential Functions:
+ Responsible for Concessions Inventory as far as documenting what needs to be ordered depending on the activities listed on the Activity Calendar in a timely manner.
+ Responsible for Communicating with Concessions Manager 1 regarding inventory and ordering.
+ Stock Concessions with Drinks, Candy, Chips, Nacho Cheese, Condiments and Cutlery a day prior to a scheduled activity.
