The Hairston College of Health and Human Sciences ( HCHHS ) at North Carolina A&T State University is seeking applicants for the position of assistant dean for student success. The Assistant Dean for Student Success serves as a member of the college leadership team and supports all aspects of the student success functions of the college. Responsibilities include directing, developing, and facilitating programs for expanded professional development, career progression, and interdisciplinary educational initiatives.
The Assistant Dean is responsible for leading and developing the student success plan, engaging in examination of student success challenges, designing and developing ideas and initiatives, and formulating interventions that enhance students’ overall academic success and student engagement initiatives within the College.
