Assistant General Counsel
We are looking for a self‑starter to join our team as Assistant General Counsel. In this role, you will lead contract negotiations and provide legal advice on a variety of matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client‑facing contract negotiations, including Master Lease Agreements, Master Services Agreements, confidentiality agreements, amendments, and ancillary client documents.
- Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and risk teams to support business development and ongoing client relationships.
- Assist cross‑board legal teams on cross‑border transactions, including master lease and master services agreements, syndication and securitization transactions.
- Support legal and business inquiries related to contract terms, client disputes, and compliance.
