Job Description
Applications are invited for appointment as Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration (Ref.: 534951) to commence on July 1, 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter, on a two-year fixed-term basis with the possibility of renewal.
Applicants should hold a master’s degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or a related field; and possess at least two years of in-service practice experience as a registered counsellor, social worker, or equivalent. Experience in teaching, training, or education is an advantage. Interest and knowledge in psychotherapy research and community psychology research are additional assets. The appointee is expected to demonstrate independent, flexible, and innovative working styles, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
