• Lead and support maintenance activities in alignment with client and EthosEnergy work plans.
• Develop and Supervise O&M programs to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance. Manage CMMS PMs, PdMs, CMs to keep the plans up to date and perform improvements.
• Coordinate production scheduling with the client’s representative and ensure timely execution.
