Change Management
Manage projects in improving operation efficiency and enhancing customer experience independentlyLook into business needs of different BUs and re-examine and re-design operation processes to achieve scalability and efficiencyWork closely with BUs, internal and external IT vendors to manage the end-to-end process of system enhancement including user requirements/stories gathering, UAT, and post-implementation support/bug-fixEnsure projects are progressing in a timely manner and fit in resource plans wellVendor Management
Liaise with external vendors who support new initiatives (e.g. external consultants/technical vendors) and define service scope and timelineMonitor vendors’ performance and progress to ensure spending and lead time follow project planIdentify potential vendor delivery issues (progress/cost/capability) and escalate to management/stakeho...
