What You’ll Do
Lead as the face of the Service Centre, delivering exceptional, care-driven customer experiences. Coach and support the team in identifying customer needs and applying value-based selling to reach business goals. Build and sustain a customer-first culture for both internal and external stakeholders. Champion local marketing and community initiatives that strengthen brand presence and engagement. Develop a high-performing, accountable team through ongoing coaching, clear expectations, and recognition.
