Job Description

**Objective**
Give direct support to the Plant Manager, Staff and Personal Nemak. Be a facilitator and identify the needs of the area or department and the office.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Supervise, make decisions and answer calls, messages, service requests.
- Sending, receiving and channeling of correspondence, file control, registration of documentation and files.
- Manage reservations for flights, hotels, transfers, taxis and advances, visa procedures. Verification of trips and consumption, preparation of reports. Reservations in restaurants or other establishments as required.
- Attend the Logistics of Visits and Clients. Income Record. Request for cars and drivers. Provide necessary security and audio equipment and food logistics during the visit.
- Process payments to suppliers through reports and electronic forms, request and manage invoices. Manage requests for food, equipment or internal or external services (dining room, dry cleaning, stationery)
