This unique opportunity allows you to help shape and define the role while gaining broad exposure to complex patient populations and hospital-wide staffing and care operations. This role is scheduled five days per week, 8-hour evening shifts (1:00 PM–9:00 PM or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM) with no call, holidays, or weekends , providing consistency and work-life balance in an operational leadership role.
