Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an active research program that attracts external funding and offers learning opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students.
• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in both on‑campus and online formats, integrating technology into the classroom.
• Contribute to the Faculty and University through active committee membership and service commitments.
• Maintain a 40% research, 40% teaching and 20% service workload each year.
