Responsibilities The United States Attorney's Office for the District of Delaware is seeking an attorney to serve as an Assistant U.S. Attorney (AUSA) in the Criminal Division. The AUSA's responsibilities will primarily focus on representing the United States in criminal immigration actions brought by the United States.
