Overview
This is an on‑site role based out of the Montreal, QC office. You will support an Advisor with administrative and client‑service responsibilities.
Responsibilities (English)
- Manage and organize the Advisor’s Outlook (email & calendar), monitor emails, and schedule client calls.
- Identify and implement processes to improve workflow, organization and communication.
- Answer phone calls and reply to emails on behalf of the Advisor, forwarding urgent messages in a timely manner.
- Prepare expense reports and review submitted reports when required.
- Meet with the Advisor daily to discuss upcoming events, meetings and logistics.
- Plan travel and meetings.
- Write and distribute email correspondence, memos, letters and forms.
- Other duties as required.
