We are looking for a detail‑oriented candidate with outstanding communication skills to join our CG Direct client‑service team. The role requires curiosity, efficiency, prioritization, and a passion for problem‑solving.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships and problem‑solve with clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Understand client needs and provide assistance with CG Direct requests.
- Provide onboarding assistance for new account applications for CG Direct.
- Contribute to the client‑service team in day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks.
- Execute special projects and occasional tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French (fluent).
- Relationship or account‑management experience in the securities industry is an asset.
- Completion of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) is an asset.
