Job Description

We are looking for a detail‑oriented candidate with outstanding communication skills to join our CG Direct client‑service team. The role requires curiosity, efficiency, prioritization, and a passion for problem‑solving.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships and problem‑solve with clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Understand client needs and provide assistance with CG Direct requests.
  • Provide onboarding assistance for new account applications for CG Direct.
  • Contribute to the client‑service team in day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks.
  • Execute special projects and occasional tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and French (fluent).
  • Relationship or account‑management experience in the securities industry is an asset.
  • Completion of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) is an asset.
