Associate Dean, Student Conduct & Community Standards

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Student Life, Title IX, Title VI Coordinator and ADA Compliance (AVP), the Associate Dean of Student Conduct and Community Standards serves as the Senior Conduct Officer and a member of the AVP’s leadership team. The role administers the student code of conduct, oversees prevention, ongoing education, and programming in compliance with institutional, state, and federal requirements, and manages crisis intervention, on‑call responsibilities, and confidential information. It also cultivates strong campus collaboration and partnerships across the university to reinforce a culture of integrity and student success.
