:The Associate Director of Agency Transformation and Strategy will be responsible for supporting and executing the strategic initiatives focused on optimizing the agency distribution model and enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of the agency workforce. This role will work closely with Head of Agency Transformation and Strategy, agency management, and cross-functional teams to craft and drive effective strategies to implement various agency programme, including recruiting high-potential individuals with entrepreneurial aspirations, nurturing their growth, and guiding them toward building successful and sustainable careers as financial entrepreneurs.
