Associate Director, Coaching & Leadership Development

Lead the internal coaching practice and design enterprise leadership development programs that strengthen leadership capability and performance across a global, multi‑city organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an internal coaching framework aligned with the organization’s leadership strategy and values.
  • Define coaching standards, governance, ethics, and quality controls to ensure consistency and credibility.
  • Determine effective internal versus external coaching, and manage a high quality roster of external coaches.
  • Build tools, resources, and processes to scale coaching across leadership and further into the organization over time.
