We are excited to invite a dedicated and passionate Associate Director of Family Services to join our central office team in Manhattan, NY. As an Associate Director of Family Services, you will focus on both supporting and overseeing our Family Services departments at our six Family Residences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with families in crisis, have experience in social services, and be able to identify departmental achievement gaps through case audits, assessments, and DHS data. The Associate Director of Family Services will be a large part of creating a high performing Family Services department. This position will report to the Senior Director of Operations.
