Associate Executive, International Collaboration Office
You will provide administrative support for the daily operations of the International Collaboration Office. Your role involves managing essential administrative tasks, and supporting country managers in the implementation and administration of overseas programmes.
Responsibilities
- Arrange inter‑departmental and external meetings
- Organise events and coordinate staff travel arrangements
- Maintain an efficient filing system and record meeting minutes
- Provide logistical support to project team leaders for funded projects
