Aids HR Compliance functions. Assists in ensuring that system development and maintenance, processes and technology support.
Job Responsibility
+ Supports HR Compliance programs including HR Policy Manual, Regulatory and Statutory Employment requirements, Annual Workforce Requirements and Continuous Survey Readiness programs.
+ Assists with annual and periodic Continuous Survey Readiness (CSR) activities and related audits/assessments. Provides support during active regulatory and accrediting surveys, as needed.
+ Supports the maintenance of the HR Policy Manual in collaboration with committee administration, members and policy owners and stakeholders.
+ Partners with HR Communications and Site HR to introduce HR policy updates. Coordinates with HR Technology and Internal Communications to ensure policies are made accessible to staff.
