Associate Lawyer – Health Law & Insurance Law (2–5 Year Call)
Location: London, Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support in the Health Law and Specialty Risk & Insurance Groups.
- Practice in insurance defence, insurance law, and/or health law.
- Assist with regulatory health or public entity liability matters.
- Assist with plaintiff personal injury matters where required.
- Maintain excellent client service and advocate for clients.
- Commit to a minimum of 3 days in the London office per week.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of litigation experience.
- Experience in insurance defence, insurance law, and/or health law.
- Experience in regulatory health or public entity liability matters is an asset.
- Platoon personal injury experience considered.
- Demonstrated track record of excellent client service.
