Associate Manager – Financial Reporting and Analysis

The Associate Manager is a key member of the Capital and Risk Solutions (CRS) financial reporting team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, insightful reporting that supports senior leadership and external stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with the CRS financial and actuarial teams, as well as global support functions (including Great West Controller). The position requires strong ownership, effective cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

What You Will Do

  • Lead all expense analysis and reporting activities, including ownership of the annual CRS expense budget process
  • Support preparation of financial statement notes disclosures for the Annual CRS Subsidiary Financial Statements
