Job Description
The Continuous Improvement Associate Manager sets the strategy and roadmap for continuous improvement and quality within finance centers. They support finance teams by promoting a CI/Quality mindset, fostering problem-solving (A3 thinking), and addressing quality issues.
Responsibilities include participating in daily huddles, leading improvement workshops, coordinating team efforts, tracking improvement plans, and supporting automation projects. This role is key in building a Culture of Excellence, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring quality management deployment.

+ Deployment of the Process Excellence Model across finance services areas and provide to support to achieve maturity
+ Deploy the Lean Six Sigma training across the Site.
+ Provide training in CI methodologies and mentoring in LSS projects / initiatives to deliver business impact and efficiency goals within the organization. Help analyze & quantify results of L...
