Job Description
The Associate Recruiter, Internal Hiring is responsible for supporting recruiters and hiring managers in internal hires and contractor conversions. As a member of the Internal Hiring Team, you will have the unique opportunity to learn the business from a Talent & People perspective.
Responsibilities
- Support recruiters and hiring managers by posting jobs internally, working closely with hiring managers to obtain offer details and necessary approvals, and completing the process through Workday.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and internal candidates while continuously improving the candidate experience.
- Develop strong and effective team relationships across Talent Acquisition, Operations, and HR specialist functions/centers of excellence, e.g., Finance.
- Provide reports and maintain data on daily activities.
