Associate Relationship Manager, Business Banking

What you'll be doing

As a member of the Business Banking team, you will report to the Director or Senior Manager of Business Banking and provide new and existing clients with an exceptional client experience to support CIBC’s vision of being a leader in client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Help business clients meet their immediate and long‑term goals by understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to deepen the CIBC relationship.
• Ensure clients’ financial and credit needs are met through comprehensive business banking solutions or by making introductions to the appropriate segments (Imperial Service, Personal Banking, or Private Banking).
• Collaborate with experts across CIBC to match clients with the most suitable services.
• Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of business‑only connections, focusing on deepening relationships and addressing business needs.
