- Provide technical support to factory operations, ensuring all systems and equipment function optimally to meet production demands.
- Contribute to Service Product tasks focusing on waste removal, self‑service, and automation.
- Collaborate globally within Service Product and, if needed, the broader Digital Technology organization.
- Share knowledge and apply standard processes for technical knowledge and information sharing within the team.
- Take ownership of tasks prioritized in the Service Product and use a data‑driven approach for initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with IT Policies and Principles on‑site proactively.
- Improve, train, and promote new technologies implemented in the organization.
- Contribute to a Business Continuity support model, ensuring 24/7 operational readiness and resilience within Factory Onsite Technology.
