Assistant Director of Care – Bayview Home, North York, Ontario
As a valued member of our medical team, you will provide care to residents in accordance with the standards of practice and offer leadership and guidance to the personal care staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist the DOC in implementing and evaluating nursing department quality improvement initiatives, risk management systems, data collection and analysis, report writing, and procedural updates.
- Lead the coordination and implementation of best practice and risk management initiatives related to resident care (e.g., falls, restraint use, wound management, infection control).
- Effectively manage nursing supplies utilization.
- Oversee the High Intensity Needs program.
