Qualifications
- World class customer service skills
- 3+ years experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
- MUST HAVE REYNOLDS & REYNOLDS EXPERIENCE!
- Proficiency with CCC One, Audatex, and/or Mitchell estimating systems
- Familiarity with various insurance repair guidelines
- I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonus
- An applicant must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and be authorized to work in the U.S.
