Automotive MechanicLocation: Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1 hour unpaid break(s)) Pay: $35/hour to $40/hour depending on experience Also offer RRSP + healthcare benefits after 3 months. Must have valid drivers license, 4 years of work experience (ideally local) Job Duties:Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical issues in vehicles or equipment. Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems (brakes, engines, transmissions). Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, fluid checks, lubrication, tire service, tune-ups. Test repaired equipment for proper function and performance. Maintain detailed records of repairs, work orders, and inventory. Follow safety protocols (PPE, lockout/tagout, safe work practices).
