OverviewAbout the role: It is not an engineering-design role; it is related to sales and processes.ResponsibilitiesService Quality Monitoring: Conduct secret visits (mystery shopping) to BYD dealers and competitor service centers; collect and regularly report findings on service quality.Sales Service Improvement: Promote service improvement actions based on visit results; follow up to ensure that all identified issues are resolved effectively.PDI & After-Sales Support: Monitor and follow up on Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and after-sales issues; support the rapid implementation of corrective and improvement projects.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Administration, Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics or a related field.Maximum 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, after-sales, and customer service in the automotive industry.Advanced English proficiency.Knowledge of PDI processes, audits, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.Strong analytical skill...
