Supervisors “Key Holders” work in a fast-paced specialized service environment responsible for servicing our guests’ vehicles and ensure quality workmanship. They are certified technicians and responsible for overseeing teammates and ensuring that all policies, procedures, and services are performed to Jiffy Lube’s highest standards. In addition to overseeing the store in the absence of the Store Management, the Supervisor sets an example as a leader, focusing on the career development of teammates, and provides consistent guidance and direction.
