Our client is a leading tech and digital services provider operating within the iGaming industry. As part of their continuous growth we are now seeking a B2B CRM Manager to join their team in Warsaw.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel CRM strategies through a data led approach, to drive customer engagement and retention, tailored to the look and feel of our clients B2B brands.
- Monitor and optimise CRM campaigns and customer journeys to improve customer experience
- Monitor KPIs related to customer engagement, retention, and revenue, to provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Analyse customer behavior and assess its impact on business KPIs.
- Segment customers based on behaviors to tailor offers and come up with effective campaigns and promotions aimed at maximizing revenue and retention.
